How to use a GOLD code

The JustPark App is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Installing the app and creating an account with payment method and your vehicle license plate is necessary before clicking the link and applying the discount code. You will also need to verify your email address and phone number through the app in the account settings prior to starting the transaction.

Redeem a Gold Code with JustPark App

VIP visitors to UH Mānoa receive a Gold code link via email to pay for parking in the JustPark App. The link should be redeemed and the parking session booked after parking on the UH Mānoa campus.

Find your email invite with the Gold code redeem link

Find the link in the email and click on

Click on link

This will automatically open the JustPark app and apply the code.

Code Applied

If clicking the link DID NOT show this "Coupon Applied" confirmation, then complete your JustPark account setup, including payment method and then click the link again.

Next, enter the location ID of 90012

Please remember that VIP parkers with a Gold code must park in white striped stalls. The location ID of 90012 must be used to redeem a Gold code. After entering 90012, click on the lot name “Hawaii Gold Code Only - White Stalls…”

Select parking duration

Click on the park for (duration) and it should default to 11:59PM.

Finalize Time

The code will be applied to cover the entire parking session. On the next screen, click on the continue button. The Final price will be Free, if your discount code is equal or greater than the parking fee and if no SMS selections are selected (you will receive an emailed receipt).

Checkout

To avoid additional charges, do not select the SMS receipt or SMS reminder. You will receive an emailed receipt.

To start your parking session, you must click on the button “Start free parking”. This option is grey in color. Your booking will start, and you will move to a screen with additional parking info.
