Contractor Dashboard Parking Passes

Contractor Dashboard parking passes may be requested for contractors or third party lessees doing business on the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa campus. This pass can be shared by employees within the company the pass is issued to. These are fiscal passes and expire at the end of the fiscal year (June 30).

Contractors, lessees, JABSOM/CC departments are eligible for this pass.

Where can we park with this pass?

This pass is only valid in the areas listed on the pass in WHITE STALLS ONLY unless otherwise noted. In the initial request, the company or lessee must submit a formal request on company letterhead with justification on the number of passes with all job or leased areas and the preferred areas to park. This pass is  NOT VALID in 24 hour reserved stalls, areas restricted during Special Events or for special conditions, and in ADA marked stalls.

How much does it cost?

For fiscal year 2023-2024, the cost of this pass is:

$1,200 (surface lot), and $852 (zone 20 lower campus) .

What are the rules for using this pass?

The following rules are also listed on the back of the pass:

  • This pass shall be displayed at all times while on the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa campus. Failure to do so may result in citation and/or tow away at the ownerʻs expense.
  • This pass is issued only by the Commuter Services office to the owner stated on this pass. Ownership is not transferable.
  • The University of Hawaiʻi shall not be responsible for fire, theft, or damages to motor vehicles or any contents therein when parked or operated on the University of Hawaiʻi of Mānoa campus. Do not leave valuables int eh vehicle; please lock your vehicle.
  • Do not alter or duplicate this pass in any way.
  • Transferred, altered, or duplicated passes are illegal, and the Commuter Services office may pursue confiscation, citation, and/or tow, as well as possible criminal sanctions.
  • Do no display this pass off campus.
  • This pass is not valid at the Kakaʻako Campus.
  • This pass is only for use by contractors, or employees of the Kakaʻako Campus, while on official business with the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
  • This pass is not for use as a replacement to the Faculty/Staff and Student Parking Permits issued by the Commuter Services Office.

Departmental Dashboard Parking Pass

In lieu of having a state vehicle, Departmental Parking Passes can be purchased for official University business only. If an employee needs to run business errands for the department or the University, they would display their current UH permit along with the Department pass. These are fiscal passes and expire at the end of the fiscal year (June 30).

Who is eligible for this pass?

Colleges or Departments are eligible for this pass.

Where can we park with this pass?

This pass is valid in all zones WHITE STALLS ONLY when displayed with an employee permit. Exemptions for Departments housed off-campus may be made upon request. This pass is NOT VALID in 24 hour reserved stalls, areas restricted during Special Events or for special conditions, and in ADA marked stalls.

How much does it cost?

For fiscal year 2023-2024, the cost of this pass is $1,200 .

  • This pass is not valid at the Kakaʻako Campus.
  • This pass is not for conducting, lecturing, or teaching classes.
  • This pass is not for use as a replacement to the Faculty/Staff and Student Parking Permits issued by the Commuter Services Office.
  • This pass is not for use for guest parking.
