Citation Payments
Go to our Online Portal
Enter Citation Number from Ticket top
Click Search Citations
If you have misplaced your ticket, you may also search by your License Plate
Login
For UH Mānoa UH Logins ONLY:
On the login screen click on the "UH Login" button.
For non-UH Mānoa and all other users:
Use the "Login" button below.
To create an account, please follow these instructions.
View My Parking Citations
A list of Citations will show.
To pay click on the "Add to Basket" button
To Appeal click on the "Appeal" button

- Confirm Email Address
- Tap pay now
You will be taken to the UH TouchNet payment system, make payment there.
Receipt
At the bottom of the receipt page, the items you have paid for are displayed. An email receipt will also be sent to you.
